Terms and Conditions of Huntsville Foreclosure Express



1. Riders shall be a minimum age of 19 years.


2. Although all efforts are made to disseminate information that is deemed reliable, there is no guarantee that such information is correct. Before relying on any information presented either before, during, or after the tour, it should be individually verified by each rider.


3. The cost of the tour is $25.00 per person, and $40.00 per couple. Cost is refundable, provided notice of cancellation is given at least 48hrs prior to scheduled tour departure.


4. Although all attempts will be made to view homes in varying price ranges and geographic areas, due to constantly changing market conditions, there is no guarantee that the homes showcased on the tour will be within any specific price range, geographic area, or any specific number of homes viewed per particular tour. There is also no guarantee that other professionals such as attorneys, home inspectors, loan officers, etc. will be present on the tour.


5. The operators of the Huntsville Foreclosure Express reserve the right to cancel tours or change any of these terms or conditions.


6. Each rider will be required to acknowledge the Alabama Real Estate Consumer Agency Disclosure provided prior to departure of the tour.


7. Each rider will also be required to sign a hold harmless agreement prior to departure of the tour.


8. Riders are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner: unruly, offensive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and subjects the rider to ejection from the tour without refund.
